New Clubs New Activities

It's that time of year again, back to school! Which means the Cesar Chavez Service Clubs will be back in action with some new clubs including McKinley Elementary, Bell Middle, and Morse High School.

Currently our four full-time managers are busy preparing for the beginning of the year at our office at Wilson Middle School gearing up for the first Chavista meetings of the 2016/ 2017 school year. The Chavez Clubs are also expanding internally with the addition of one part-time Club Coordinator as well as nine Price Scholar Interns from San Diego City College.

We already have multiple service projects lined up and before you know it will be March and the Las Mañanitas Breakfast with the eighth graders from Horace Mann, Wilson, and Monroe Clark Middle Schools on their way to D.C.
